Role Overview

We are now looking for a Practice Head to build and lead multiple verticals from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role requiring deep experience in business development, client acquisition, and delivery of leadership mandates across the Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure, Automotive and other sectors.


Key Responsibilities

Practice Building & Ownership

Build the Industrial Practice from scratch – define structure, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy


Drive revenue growth, P&L ownership, and operational excellence for the vertical


Establish Fyndbridge as a trusted partner for leadership hiring across industrial sectors


New Client Acquisition & Business Development

Develop a strong pipeline of new clients across large enterprises, mid-market firms, and industrial conglomerates


Conduct business development meetings with CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs


Craft tailored talent solutions and proposals to win new mandates


End-to-End Search Delivery

Manage end-to-end delivery of executive search mandates – from requirement gathering, market mapping, and candidate engagement to offer management and onboarding


Build and maintain a high-quality candidate network across key industrial roles (CXOs, BU Heads, Plant Heads, etc.)


Ensure delivery excellence with a focus on speed, quality, and client satisfaction


Team Building & Management

Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and consultants to scale delivery


Drive a performance-oriented culture and foster professional growth within the team


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 10–15 years of experience in recruitment consulting / executive search, with a strong focus on the industrial/manufacturing/engineering / Automotive / BFSI / Consumer Services sectors


  • Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and business development


  • Proven ability to independently manage and deliver senior-level mandates


  • Deep understanding of talent dynamics, org structures, and market trends in core industries


  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a startup-like, high-growth environment


  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
