Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a PL/SQL Support Engineer
with 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and
application support. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing,debugging, and resolving database-related issues and supportingbusiness-critical applications.Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 support for database-related issues in Oracle PL/SQL-based systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
Monitor scheduled jobs (via CRON/Control-M or other tools) and resolve failures.
Work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Write ad-hoc SQL queries and reports based on business requirements.
Perform data analysis, validation, and correction in production systems.
Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Document technical solutions and support runbooks.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Familiar with query optimization and performance tuning.
Basic understanding of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, or similar.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical teams.
Experience in working in support or maintenance projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹306,839.45 - ₹513,185.69 per year
