Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a PHP Full Stack Developer. The PHP Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and implementing new features. You will be expected to write clean, scalable code, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and conduct code reviews. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring software meets all quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and performance standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret information
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
