Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads/LinkedIn to join our team at Recro. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective inbound marketing strategies, with a specific focus on paid media acquisition for demand generation. You will also play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing online visibility of our clients. If you have a deep understanding of inbound marketing channels, particularly SEM and SEO, and are passionate about driving measurable results, we would love to hear from you.



About The Role


  • Inbound Strategy& Execution:

    Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies, primarily focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Paid Campaign Optimisation:

    Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like

    Google Ads

    and

    LinkedIn Ads

    , continuously monitoring performance to ensure high conversion rates and optimal ROI.
  • Landing Page Optimisation:

    Optimise landing pages to significantly improve conversions and do continuous optimisation.
  • Industry Gap Analysis:

    This includes keyword research, technical audits, and industry analysis to drive growth.
  • CRO &UX Insights:

    Provide actionable recommendations and insights for improving landing page structure, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to maximise lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns and other initiatives. Utilise various analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market & Trend Monitoring:

    Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, SEM, and overall digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.


Requirements:


  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven hands-on experience as a

    Performance Marketing Executive for at least 4 years

    , with a strong focus on both SEM and PPC.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in managing and optimising campaigns on

    Google Ads

    and

LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with analysis tools such as

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    ,

    Google Search Console

    ,

    Moz

    ,

    SEMrush

    , or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with various

    Content Management Systems(CMS)

    and website optimisation techniques.
  • Uses AI and other tools to maximise output
  • Analytical Skills:

    Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Growth Mindset:

    A constant learner with a proactive attitude towards staying updated with evolving industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing technologies.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, insights, and performance reports effectively.
