Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, run & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Drive performance across new launches, promos, seasonal edits & always-on campaigns
• Suggest campaign direction based on product potential & audience trends
• Run A/B tests on creatives, formats, audiences & landing pages
• Monitor daily budgets and improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rates
• Generate performance insights using GA4, Meta Ads Manager & Shopify
• Collaborate with the team on landing pages, offers, and creative strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing (fashion D2C preferred)
• Hands-on with Meta & Google Ads, GA4, Shopify
• Strong analytical thinking and creative judgment
• Experience managing multiple campaigns across diverse product categories
• Proactive approach to campaign strategy & testing
