Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager – Google & Meta Ads, located in Patna. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Duties include analyzing performance data, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and continuously improving campaign performance to maximize ROI. Qualifications Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platform management Experience with performance marketing and SEO Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools Proficiency in budget management and optimization techniques Experience with A/B testing and improving campaign performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Relevant experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous Show more Show less
