Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct keyword research , audience targeting, and budget planning. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand ad effectiveness and ROI. Develop compelling ad copy and coordinate with design teams for visuals and creatives. Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, targeting, and ad formats. Track conversion events , set up pixels/tags, and manage UTM parameters. Generate detailed performance reports and suggest data-backed improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media. Collaborate with the SEO, design, and content teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising , preferably handling budgets and ad performance directly. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager , and analytical tools like Google Analytics. Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences , and funnels is a plus.
