About the Role


We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in driving revenue and scaling campaigns for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and results-driven, with a proven track record of managing digital campaigns across paid media channels to deliver strong ROAS and reduce CAC.

You will own the entire performance funnel—from strategy to execution—across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, and more. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and be passionate about building and scaling digital-first brands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid acquisition campaigns for D2C brands across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Optimize for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall sales performance, driving consistent revenue growth
  • Develop full-funnel strategies and experiment with creative testing to improve CTR, CVR, and AOV
  • Build custom audience segments, retargeting flows, and conversion-driven ad funnels
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and prepare reports/dashboards for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, content, and tech teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns and minimize waste
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D2C marketing trends, consumer behavior, and paid media innovations
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to explore new paid media opportunities and platforms
  • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, visuals, and channel mix to identify winning combinations


Requirements


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns and achieving performance KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, sales funnel analysis, and eCommerce performance metrics
  • Comfortable creating strategies from scratch and scaling them to 6- and 7-figure budgets
  • Strong understanding of media buying, ad auction dynamics, and creative A/B testing
  • Solid copywriting instincts for ad copy and landing pages
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus
