Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Lead Generation, Analytics & Email Marketing)


We’re a small, dynamic digital marketing team driving results for Joseph Group. With a Digital Marketing Executive and SEO WordPress Developer already on board, we’re ready to scale our lead generation efforts—and we need you to take it to the next level.


The Role:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can run paid ad campaigns, dive deep into analytics, and craft email marketing strategies that convert. You’ll drive lead generation across ads and email, using data to optimize every step. This multi-skill role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lean team and loves delivering measurable impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns—think nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and re-engagement flows—to turn leads into customers.
  • Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, ad platforms, email metrics) to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our SEO Developer to align landing pages with campaigns and our Marketing Executive to refine messaging.
  • Manage ad budgets and email KPIs like open rates, click-throughs, and cost-per-lead.
  • Deliver insights that shape our broader marketing strategy—your data skills will be key.


What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven lead-gen success via ads and email.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads (certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and building effective campaigns.
  • Strong analytics skills—comfortable with Google Analytics, email dashboards, or similar tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with an eye for optimization and results.
  • Ability to juggle multiple hats and work independently in a small team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or A/B testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or landing page optimization.
