Each brand offers a distinct culinary experience, from healthier meal options to regional cuisines and indulgent desserts. The company operates through cloud kitchens and dine-in formats, focusing on food quality, hygiene, and sustainability. Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency. Role Description We’re looking for a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage our marketing efforts and generate high-quality franchise leads. Key Responsibilities 1) Lead Generation Campaigns Develop and run lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive franchise interest Optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rate to franchise sign-ups Set up and test landing pages, lead magnets, and forms to maximize conversions 2) Audience & Targeting Identify and refine target audience segments (e.g., business owners, investors, entrepreneurs) Use location-based targeting to identify potential franchisees in Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities 3) Analytics & Optimization Track and report on performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages Use UTMs, GTM, and lead tracking tools to ensure proper attribution 4) Collaboration Work closely with the franchise sales team to understand lead quality and improve targeting Collaborate with content/design to build high-converting ads and franchise landing pages Pre Requisites 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing Proven track record of running lead gen campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, CPL, ROI, and attribution Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager Experience generating leads for F&B/QSR/Franchise networks, real estate, high-ticket B2C investments Show more Show less
