Performance Marketing Executive

We’re hiring a Junior Performance Marketer who already has some hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google. If you’ve worked on live campaigns, understand basic metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and know how to tweak audiences and creatives — we want to work with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook (Meta) and Google
• Optimize campaigns for performance – conversions, leads, or traffic goals
• Analyze data from Ads Manager/Google Ads dashboard and suggest improvements
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences
• Share weekly performance reports with insights
• Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and landing pages

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience running Facebook and/or Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and audience setup
• Understanding of basic performance metrics: CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and pixel setup is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Basic knowledge of landing page tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
