Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across various channels, and driving results. You will be responsible for implementing paid marketing strategies, analyzing data, and improving campaign performance to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and adjust bids to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ads and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
