We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes ROAS, optimization, and experimentation. If you're passionate about driving measurable growth, love testing new ideas, and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment — this role is for you.

• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels
• Own performance marketing budgets and optimize daily to maximize ROAS and lead/sales efficiency
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance
• Collaborate with the design and content team to build high-converting ads and landing experiences
• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager, and internal dashboards
• Present reports with actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform changes, and D2C growth strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong grip on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, keyword planning, and audience segmentation
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, charts, and dashboards
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience managing ad budgets with proven ROAS-driven campaigns

• Prior agency experience or working with D2C or real estate brands
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Understanding of funnels, e-commerce CRO, and retargeting
