Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across META Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, Reddit, etc.).
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.)
  • Perform daily monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, audiences, copy, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to conceptualize and produce high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize sales funnels, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and event tracking via tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently with a focus on ROAS and customer LTV.
  • Test and explore new platforms and tools for scaling paid performance.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry best practices, and performance marketing innovations.
