Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms. They will analyze campaign performance, conduct keyword research, create ad copy, manage budgets, and generate reports on ad spend and ROI. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Proficiency in keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization
• Analytical skills to monitor and report on campaign performance
• Understanding of budget management and ROI analysis
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, India
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with additional advertising platforms is a plus
