About the Role:

InstaServ is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead our performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and driving results through data and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, execute, and scale advanced Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages
• Oversee lead generation, sales funnel, and e-commerce campaign performance
• Conduct deep data analysis, budget allocation, and ROI tracking
• Implement advanced tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Pixel Setup, and UTM strategies
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, content, and web development teams
• Lead and mentor a small team of PPC/SEM executives
• Stay on top of algorithm changes, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in Paid Ads Management
• Expert in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation
• Experience with tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio (Data Studio), SEMrush, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large budgets with measurable outcomes
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and team collaboration skills
• Agency background is preferred
