Position Summary Nestle Business Services (NBS) is looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to be responsible for leading the complete operational O2C processes and services provided by NBS within markets in-scope. You will ensure Strategic activities contribute to the improvement of the Working Capital to Nestle as a group. You will lead the team towards excellence in O2C through Global Standard Processes and strong business/internal controls that will be implemented. You would need to have experience in deduction management. A day in life of an O2C Lead: Ensure premium quality services are delivered to the market. Lead and develop a team of supervisors who are managing 80+ employees currently. Act as a change agent in communicating and aligning key organizational changes that will impact the department Contribute to the stabilization of the operations following a transition. Oversee performance and execution of O2C processes and anticipates/plans for potential issues and escalations Manage the immediate resolution of critical issues and escalations Improve the O2C process working closely with the IBS organization / IT/market(s) Be responsible for ensuring appropriate controls and audits are in place and performed as required Oversee internal/external audits, knowledge base updates, year-end process interaction and payroll calendar setting. Actively participate and contribute in governance and expert network meetings, telcos with markets and other NBS communities What will make you successful: MBA Finance/ CA with 10 years of total experience and minimum 5 years of solid leadership experience in O2C and demonstrated ability in leading direct/indirect teams .
