Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 to 16 years of relevant work experience in Oracle HCM functional roles.
• Strong expertise in HCM modules, particularly in payroll, absence management, core HR, and Oracle Fusion .
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
