Oracle HCM Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of HCM solutions, including payroll, absence management, and core HR functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  10 to 16 years

  of relevant work experience in Oracle HCM functional roles.
• Strong expertise in HCM modules, particularly in
