Techno-Functional Consultant

Your Responsibilities Will Include:-

• Providing day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12 (iProcurement, Purchasing, AP, CM, FA, GL)
• Investigating and resolving system issues related to performance, functionality, and data accuracy
• Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities
• Troubleshooting and debugging PL/SQL code, Forms, Reports, and Workflows
• Preparing technical/functional documentation for all changes and enhancements
• Coordinating with DBA/infrastructure teams and managing Oracle SRs
• Participating in patching, upgrades, UAT, and regression testing
• Engaging in minor enhancements and projects from requirement gathering to go-live

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Finance modules
• In-depth knowledge of P2P and core financial business processes
• Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow
• Experience with RICEW components and custom development
• Proven ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle SR handling, patching, and testing cycles
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
