Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards across all outlets. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory control, customer service, and implementing operational policies. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to optimize workflow and operational processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and food regulations.
