Operations Intern

We are a Y-Combinator S21 batch Ed-tech startup building the up-skilling ecosystem for the community of architects and designers community. Our vision is aAccelerating the adoption of tTechnology in the AEC Industry. We are working on interesting tech products like project simulations for learners, virtual assistants and personalisations. We are solving for the skill gap in this industry globally and have learners from 40+ countries on our platform and counting. We are an early stage startup founded by people from IIT-M and SPA Delhi. We are committed to serve everyone in need with the use of leading technologies! We are looking for young, passionate, eager to learn individuals who want to get their hands dirty, and learn the very core fundamentals of what it takes to make a business run. As Operations Interns, you would have a myriad of responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Ensure the smooth running of all courses and sessions by managing session configurations, and communications Coordinating various aspects of ongoing or new cohorts including coordination for content, mentors, or learners Uploading, and monitoring the content that gets uploaded on our LMS, so that learners have a seamless learning experience, and have timely access to information, as needed Speaking to learners, mentors, and various internal and external stakeholders to assess their concerns, and work with the team to fix them Working with hiring partners and graduated learners to identify the right jobs and the right candidates for those jobs to help them find career advancement opportunities Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key session metrics and session performance indicators to stakeholders Monitor impact of communication on session engagement and performance, and recommend changes Conduct routine calls to get feedback on session performance and to ensure smooth operations Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness Qualifications and skills: A strong desire to learn, humility, and intellectual curiosity 0-1 years of experience in a high-paced, high-ownership environment is a must.
