Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments
• Assist in maintaining student, instructor, or cohort-related records
• Help coordinate sessions, events, or internal workflows
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task closures
• Prepare reports and dashboards as required
• Take ownership of repetitive tasks and look for ways to optimize them
• Be proactive in identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work from the office full-time
