Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred (Freshers with relevant internship experience can also apply)
Industry: E-commerce / D2C / Logistics / Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of warehouse operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient layout of the warehouse
• Order Processing:
• Manage daily order inflow from website/marketplaces
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of all orders
• Coordinate with packaging team and ensure accuracy of items being dispatched
• Quality Check:
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, damages, or missing items
• Implement QC protocols to ensure product standards are met
• Report and escalate recurring quality issues to the concerned department
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
• Schedule pickups with logistics partners and track shipments
• Handle last-mile delivery escalations and address delivery failures
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch
• Maintaining Records & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on warehouse performance and order status
• Update ERP or order management systems as per SOP

Additional Responsibilities (Optional but Recommended):

• Handle return orders and restocking process
• Ensure packaging standards are maintained as per brand guidelines
• Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliations
• Support operations manager in process improvements and SOP development

Key Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience with WMS/OMS platforms (Shiprocket, Unicommerce, etc. preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle operational pressure and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
