Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of organizational operations. This role supports operational efficiency by coordinating activities across departments, managing logistics, maintaining schedules, and improving internal processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Support the operations team with planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks. Maintain records of operational performance and report key metrics to management. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory tracking. Facilitate communication between departments and resolve operational issues as they arise. Assist in preparing budgets, reports, and presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts. Oversee logistics including scheduling, shipping, and delivery coordination. Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
