Healthcare Cluster managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day revenue & operations of our clinic. They commonly manage a team of staff who work on various departments mostly in three of Pharmacy, Polyclinic and Diagnostic related to improving patient care, increasing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. He / She may also be tasked with developing new ways to improve the quality of care provided by their organization. This might include implementing new technology or equipment, creating new processes or procedures, or even changing how certain departments interact with one another. Cluster Managers are responsible for the performance of groups of retail stores, known as clusters. They oversee sales, finances and staffing of a retail cluster at the local, state and ensure performance targets are met. Driving sales to achieve targets, recruit and build a co-operative workforce team in each store and manage the daily operations across multiple stores. Responsibilities: · Effectively manage the marketing team to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at site · Management of all services on site, both hard and soft services. · Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets · Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting MYMD strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values · Ensure strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities · Maintain strong client relationships · Motivate and lead a high performing team to achieve their objectives and the ‘Go for Growth’ strategy · Responsible for Smooth process of operations. · Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Team. · Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. · Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures · Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards · Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc · Propose innovative ideas to increase market share · Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance · Organize all stores operations/ sales and allocate responsibilities to personnel · Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance · Prepare and control the stores budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency · Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget · Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores reputation · Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise · Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays · Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store · Visual Merchandise · Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts · Ensure the store fullfils all legal health and safety guidelines · Ensures that the process needed for the quality management system is implemented and maintained in the retail stores or clinics. · Guides the material department and pharmacy to make these services economical · Monitors quality assurance programs and mock drills concerned with the safety and other quality control initiatives · Oversee practise of evidence-based medicine, safety initiatives, quality assurance, Improving clinical performance and implementation of standards in medical staff · A healthcare operations manager must be able to express expectations and give strong feedback for future operations effectively. · Responsible for maintaining and implementing the Patient Feedback Process conducting regular patient feedback analysis · Regular meetings with the Administrator, Non medical Administrator and Centre Manager through whom carries out regular day-to-day management · - Lead Business and Operations of the clinics, Responsible for P&L (Head Centre responsibility) for Operations and Administration (three facilities) Planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the clinic Reports to the Business & Marketing Head and supervises administration and marketing in the day-to-day activities
