Key Responsibility:

• Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate partner onboarding, ensure agreements and paperwork are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with ongoing compliance requirements, maintain updated records for internal and external audits.
• Operational Coordination: Follow up with internal stakeholders, operations, finance, legal, for invoices, payment status, and compliance tasks.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with partners as needed for updates, documentation, or clarifications.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing booths and logistics for conferences and other partnership events; willingness to travel as and when required.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS or fintech, with exposure to compliance and onboarding processes.
• Experience – 1-3 years

Skills:

• Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive tasks to closure.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in paperwork and compliance.
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
• Comfortable travelling occasionally to meet clients or manage events.
