We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This role involves coordinating documentation, facilitating smooth transitions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all documentation and candidate follow-ups from sourcing to joining. Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures. Schedule and manage onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new employees throughout the process. Ensure the completion of all required paperwork while adhering to legal and administrative compliance. Assist new hires with necessary documentation, including employee forms, benefits enrollment, and IT setup.
