Job Description
Daily entry of production data and purchase bills into ERP/accounting system.
Maintain digital and physical records of all company transactions, logs, and documents.
Assist in scheduling internal/external meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
Assist accounts department with entries, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
Enter dispatch details, coordinate with transporters, and update delivery records.
Initiate vendor payments, maintain payment logs, and coordinate with banks (basic online banking tasks).
Support the GM with reports, document handling, follow-ups, and office coordination.
Coordinate office upkeep needs like AMC services, office supplies, equipment repair follow-ups.
