Odoo Technical Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Technical Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate has solid Python skills and experience working with the Odoo framework and its modular architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and QWeb.* Modify existing Odoo modules and create new modules based on functional requirements.* Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.* Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems.* Work with front-end technologies to create user-friendly interfaces in Odoo.* Perform data migration and version upgrades of the Odoo platform.* Debug issues and provide technical support for existing Odoo implementations.* Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practices.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Developer (technical).
• Proficient in Python, XML, QWeb, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and MVC framework.
• Experience with core Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
• Familiar with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with API integration (REST/JSON).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
