We're Hiring: New Product Development (Documentation)

About the Role:

New Product Development (NPD) team

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain
Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, FMEAs
, and
PPAP documentation
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to
compile trial reports, inspection protocols, and validation records
Handle customer-specific documentation and ensure
on-time submission of APQP/PPAP packages
Maintain records of
ECNs (Engineering Change Notes)
and revision control
Track progress of new parts from
RFQ stage to SOP (Start of Production)
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support
NPD gate reviews
Support audits and customer visits with clear, compliant documentation

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
2–4 years of experience in NPD or Quality Documentation in an engineering company
Familiarity with
APQP, PPAP, ISO/IATF standards
Proficient in
MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
