Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of national marketing strategies.
• Plan and oversee campaigns to enhance content visibility and brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics across all digital platforms to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive campaign planning and execution.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Optimize resource allocation for strategic initiatives across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters program in Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field
• Academic or co-curricular involvement that demonstrates leadership or project planning is preferred
• Minimum 

  3–6 months

   of prior experience
• Proven experience in 

  planning

  , 

  executing

  , or 

  managing campaigns or projects

  , especially within youth-driven or volunteer-led organisations/workspaces
• Prior exposure to cross-functional team collaboration (e.g., content, design, outreach) is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination, reporting, and presenting strategies
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
