Motion Graphic Designer

Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: HOD Job Description The Graphic Designer Animation Specialist at Muvro Technologies will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality animated content to support the company's digital marketing initiatives. This dynamic role combines graphic design for banners, brochures, infographics, product manual, social media, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and advanced motion graphics and 3D rendered visuals for product demonstrations, promotional videos, explainer visuals, and immersive web presentations. The candidate must ensure brand consistency, enhance user engagement, and deliver innovative creative assets across all digital platforms. Software Skills Graphic Design: CorelDRAW Adobe Photoshop (Image editing, UI/UX design) Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics, logos, branding) Adobe Premiere Pro, Blander, DaVinci Resolve or similar. Canva (Quick social media designs) AI Tools Animation Rendering Rendering Software: KeyShot, Blender Motion Graphics Video Effects: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D 3D Animation: Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit Cloud-Based AI-Accelerated Render Engines NVIDIA Omniverse AI-powered real-time rendering RenderMan (by Pixar) Ray tracing for high-quality output Corona Renderer Photorealistic rendering for architecture VFX Experience Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, 3D Design, or a related field. Experience: 57years of hands-on experience in graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and 3D rendering, ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency environment. Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing static graphics, social media creatives, and 3D rendering/animation work is mandatory. Preferred Skills Attributes Strong creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills with a focus on engaging visual narratives. In-depth understanding of branding principles, digital marketing trends, and visual communication strategies. Proficient in photorealistic rendering, lighting setups, material techniques, typography, color theory, and layout design. Capable of handling multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines. Team-oriented with excellent coordination and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration. Experienced in developing both static and dynamic (2D/3D) visual content for diverse platforms.
