Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and providing analytical support to various departments for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Generate dashboards and performance reports using Excel and other tools
• Automate reports to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and validation
• Assist in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for management
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar MIS/Data Analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM software

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
