Job Description

🔹 Job Title:

MIS Executive (Full-Time)

📍 Location:

Pune (Hybrid – 3 Weeks WFH, 1 Week WFO)

🧾 Experience:

2 to 4 Years

💰 Budget:

Up to ₹4.5 LPA

🕒 Shift Timings:

3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Must be flexible for US shifts)

🔍 Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven

MIS Executive

to manage core reporting, forecasting, and data insights. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a hybrid and US shift setup.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and optimize MIS reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
Analyze data for forecasting and business planning
Deliver accurate reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
Work closely with internal departments for data collection and reporting improvements
Manage ad hoc reporting and analytical tasks

🛠️ Must-Have Skills:

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Hands-on experience in MIS core reporting
Understanding of forecasting & trend analysis
Flexibility to work in evening/US shifts
