Candidate Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field Experience: Required: 4-8 years of experience as a technical consultant working with Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.) and a solid understanding of business processes.
