Microsoft Intune Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Intune Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, security policies, and modern workplace strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and deployment of Microsoft Intune-based solutions for device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Design and implement modern management policies including Autopilot, MDM, MAM, compliance policies, conditional access, and configuration profiles.
• Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and other security solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure endpoint security policies meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including high-level and low-level designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Intune-related issues, acting as a Tier 3 escalation point.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve enterprise device management capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years specifically as an Intune Architect or Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise in Windows Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and patch management.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows 365 is a plus.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and mobility standards.
• Experience with Co-Management (Intune + Configuration Manager) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
