About the Role - SparkleM Agency is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads . If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience , know how to generate maximum leads from minimum budgets, and love turning data into growth — we want you on our team. Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (in-hand, based on experience) What You’ll Do - Manage PPC Campaigns: Run and optimize high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads. Client Communication: Confidently communicate with clients, understand their goals, and keep them informed with performance insights. Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to craft strategies that convert. Keyword Research: Identify high-impact keywords to boost campaign performance. Ad Copy & Creatives: Work with content team and designers for thumb-stopping creatives. Reporting & Analysis: Use analytics tools to track KPIs and share actionable insights. Budget Management: Handle ad spends smartly to drive maximum ROI. Stay Updated: Keep pace with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. What We’re Looking For - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Ability to generate high-quality leads from budgets as low as ₹3,000–₹5,000. Solid understanding of ad structure, A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel strategies. Data-driven mindset and confident with analytics & reporting tools.
