Position: Medical Device Sales Executive/Manager

Location: Chandigarh: Handling Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role requires individuals who can effectively promote and sell medical devices in their respective regions. This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work.

The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.


Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region.

• Identifying and proposing new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industry sectors.

• Arranging and attending appointments with doctors, which may involve pre-scheduled meetings or regular outreach.

• Providing product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.

• Achieving sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for volume growth and productivity.

• Implementing sales and marketing activities assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM).

• Ensuring daily reporting and providing feedback on customer interactions.

• Managing area sales, collecting outstanding payments, handling complaints, and conducting hospital and doctor visits.

• Analyzing the region’s potential, tracking sales, and maintaining positive relationships

with customers.

• Actively meeting customers daily, weekly, or monthly as required.

• Learning product functionality and troubleshooting issues effectively.

• Preparing and submitting weekly reports to management.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• 1.5–3 years of experience in sales or business management, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products.

• Strong sales skills and high energy levels.

• Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
