Job description Position Overview Medprime Technologies is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Lucknow . The ideal candidate will be responsible for service, install, calibrate, and maintain advanced medical equipment to ensure peak performance and compliance with industry standards. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, good communication skills, and a readiness to travel for on-site service support. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure Medprime medical devices at hospitals, laboratories, and clinics. Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment. Conduct product demonstrations and training for end users. Document service visits, technical issues, and resolutions accurately. Maintain strong relationships with customers and gather feedback for product improvement. Coordinate with the internal R&D and operations teams for escalations and service updates. Travel to various client locations as required for service-related tasks. Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or Turner (mandatory) Minimum 1 year or completed apprenticeship in a relevant field Strong hands-on skills in equipment Service, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment. Document service visits, technical issues, and resolutions accurately. Maintain strong relationships with customers and gather feedback for product improvement. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Physically fit and capable of handling fieldwork Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
