Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate MCA Faculty member to join our Computer Applications department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and applications, along with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students pursuing their Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction in core MCA subjects, including programming, software engineering, database management, networking, and web technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty members to design, update, and enhance the curriculum to meet industry standards and emerging trends.
• Student Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, fostering their personal and professional growth.
• Research and Development: Engage in research activities in the field of computer applications and contribute to departmental publications and conferences.
• Assessment: Develop and administer assessments, grading, and feedback to ensure students meet learning objectives.
• Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and community outreach activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and teaching methodologies to enhance student learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum [5-6 years] of teaching experience at the postgraduate level or relevant industry experience.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in programming or software development are a plus.
