Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a proven track record in driving business growth. Experience in the optical business or a production company is highly valued.

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends in the eyewear industry (e.g., fashion trends, technological advancements like smart glasses, demand for blue-light filtering lenses, eco-friendly materials).
  • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Identify target audiences and segments (e.g., budget-conscious, luxury, specific age groups, professionals, children).
  • ·Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, sales goals, and brand identity.
  • Identify key marketing channels (digital, corporate, retail) and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, events, in-store promotions).
  • Employ various effective customer sales methods to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and/or sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
  • Secure appointments with eye hospitals and visit doctors for business development purposes, building strong professional relationships.
  • Efficiently handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Confirm and ensure timely customer delivery and dispatch of products.
  • Follow up with customers for on-time payments and collect pending payments as required.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, design, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide sales teams with necessary marketing materials and tools to effectively sell products.
  • Collaborate with product development to ensure new products meet market demands and are effectively positioned.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Identify underperforming aspects and adapt strategies to improve future outcomes.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with influencers, and optometrists to promote products and build brand credibility.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
  • Utilize and follow company ERP software for various operational tasks.
