Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful marketing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, email, content, SEO/SEM, and social media channels
• Lead campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking
• Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external vendors
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance and ROI to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Proficient in marketing tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
