Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented BI Consultant – Tableau with 1–2 years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and hands-on expertise in developing dashboards using Tableau . You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Assist in data validation, testing, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports. Optimize dashboards for performance and usability. Document solutions, data models, and business logic for future reference. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of professional experience in BI/Data Analytics roles. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, aggregations, CTEs, etc.). Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop for dashboard creation and visualization. Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) or databases like Snowflake/BigQuery.

Role Summary: As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and elevating the Loyalytics brand. From strategizing to amplifying, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our reach and impact. We’re looking for efficient folks who are willing to act as a bridge between the brand and our audiences —> governing, curating, and monitoring every single communication that goes from and comes to Loyalytics! Key Responsibilities: Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, webinars, and SEO, to build brand awareness and fill the sales funnel. Oversee the creation of compelling content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and inform decision-making. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a SaaS companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proactive and result-driven approach with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external & internal stakeholders. Prior experience in Middle East and SEA markets would be bonus. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results. Strong understanding of content marketing. Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms) to track performance and derive actionable insights. Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and adopting innovative approaches.
