Job Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers for creative and media needs Support social media content planning and publishing; must have knowledge on META ad campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis; compile insights into reports Help in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, posters, presentations, and internal communications Track and report campaign performance metrics (email, digital, social, etc.) Assist in organizing promotional events, sampling drives, or exhibitions Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing calendars Assist in implementing marketing plans to increase product visibility and sales within the trade channel. Working closely with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with overall sales objectives. Executing promotional activities including point of sale displays, trade incentives and loyalty programs to drive sales and engagement. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners. Requirement: · Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or related field. · Must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG space and / or products retailed through the General Trade / Provision stores channel. · Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel and Power Point). · Should able speak and write in English and Hindi fluently.
