Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Admin supports daily production operations through documentation, coordination, and materials management. This role ensures smooth administrative flow and timely ordering of supplies to avoid production delays.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Registration Process
  2. Raising Material Request
  3. Requesting Quotation
  4. Raising and Issuing Purchase Order (PO)
  5. Follow-Up on Delivery
  6. Payment (if applicable)
  7. Invoice Collection
  8. Payment Coordination
  9. Record Keeping & Filing

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of ERP or manufacturing software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology is preferred.
