Open RTB Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Open RTB campaign execution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work across multiple DSPs and SSPs to manage inventory supply and demand flow.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving ROI.
• Strategically optimize bid parameters, targeting, creatives, and delivery to meet campaign objectives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with DSP, SSP, and data partners to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Tech, Client Services) to align campaign strategies and execution.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns are compliant with platform policies, brand safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with

  DSPs, SSPs

  , and

  real-time bidding platforms (TRB).

• Strong understanding of

  programmatic ecosystem

  and digital advertising metrics.
• Proficient in

  campaign optimization, performance analysis
