Manager on Duty

MOD must ensure smooth hospital operations during their shift. This includes overseeing all staff, managing patient care, addressing issues. Key Responsibilities: Supervising Staff: The duty manager manages and supervises all staff on duty, including nurses, doctors, and support staff. Managing Patient Care: They oversee patient care services, ensuring patients receive appropriate treatment and attention. Addressing Issues: The duty manager is responsible for resolving any issues or complaints related to patient care or staff performance. Ensuring Compliance: They ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Problem Identification and Solving: During their shift, the duty manager identifies and solves problems, ensuring continuity of care. Communication: They interact with patients and their families to address their concerns. Monitoring and Reporting: The duty manager may be responsible for monitoring hospital operations, preparing reports, and presenting them to management. Maintaining a Positive Experience: The duty manager plays a key role in ensuring both patients and staff have a positive experience during their interactions with the hospital.
