Quality Manager - Hospital (NABH)

Position: Quality Manager Department: Quality & Accreditation Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in hospital quality management Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management or related field (preferably NABH Trained/Certified) Key Responsibilities: Ensure continuous compliance with NABH and other healthcare standards. Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and performance improvement plans. Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and facilitate corrective actions. Lead quality initiatives, staff training, and accreditation processes. Monitor clinical and operational quality indicators and analyze trends. Coordinate with departments for documentation, audits, and improvements. Oversee patient feedback mechanisms and implement service improvements. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong understanding of NABH standards and hospital operations. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to train and motivate teams towards a culture of quality and safety. Leadership experience in managing hospital audits and quality assessments.
