Job Description

Supervise the overall operations of the hospital during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Address and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that arise, coordinating with relevant departments and staff as needed.
Lead the hospital's emergency response efforts, coordinating with medical and support staff to manage critical situations effectively.
Ensure staff are trained and prepared to handle emergencies, conducting drills and providing guidance as needed.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care and hospital operations.
Oversee the management and utilization of hospital resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.
Ensure efficient use of resources and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and maintenance departments as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of shift activities, incidents, and resolutions.
Prepare and submit reports to hospital administration, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
